Description

Its efficiency is up to five times higher than other systems, thanks to underfloor heating and cooling, which offers multiple benefits:

To avoid energy loss when opening windows, heat-recovery ventilation is the ideal solution to increase comfort and reduce costs. Measuring humidity and CO2 concentration allows the system to control intake and exhaust airflow (odours, “stale air” feeling). It can modulate ventilation to minimise electricity consumption while maximising comfort. It also includes a high-capacity, high-efficiency filter that prevents dust and pollen from entering the home and expels CO2 and humidity outside. It can deliver energy savings of up to 30% and significantly reduce heating demand, recovering up to 90% of the heat already generated.
Garden and Residential Area
At the entrance to each home there is a garage with capacity for two vehicles, which can optionally be equipped with an EV charging system.

Each home has a generous private garden which, if desired, can include a private pool. If you choose this option, your pool will feature innovative technology where the water goes through a dual disinfection process (ultraviolet and low-salinity salt electrolysis). UV treatment eliminates microorganisms that may not be removed with chlorine or other chemicals; combined with low-salinity salt electrolysis, the result is some of the most natural, least aggressive pool water possible—maximising safety while using sustainable technology.
