In these cases, the information shared will primarily consist of details about the property and the information necessary for its marketing. Generally, photographers and audiovisual professionals are only given the property address, unless additional information is required to coordinate their work or authorization has been granted.
Lawyers, notaries, managers, advisors, appraisers and financial institutions
As a transaction progresses, we can share data with the necessary professionals to review, negotiate, document, finance, formalize, settle taxes, or complete the transaction.
Public registries and bodies
We may communicate data to the Property Registry, Cadastre, Commercial Registry, tax authorities, municipalities, courts, administrative authorities, SEPBLAC or other public bodies when necessary or there is a legal obligation.
Professionals in renovation, architecture, interior design or decoration
