The Urbanización Del Golf is located in the north of Las Rozas, and is characterized by its location next to the Nuevo Club de Golf de Madrid, commonly known as the Las Matas Golf Club, which provides it with an unparalleled environment surrounded by extensive protected green areas and natural parks with spectacular views. The Golf Club Urbanization is therefore one of the best examples in the Community of Madrid in terms of integration between the natural and urban environment. The Golf Club Urbanization occupies an area of 2,973,081 m² spread over 27 kilometers, and is made up of 510 plots, the vast majority of which are already built upon. In addition to the golf club, the development features a tennis club, a parish church, and a restaurant/social club open to all residents. All the properties in this development are detached villas with large plots, most with their own swimming pools. They are generally built between the late 1970s and early 2000s, although some more recently constructed properties are also available. Living in this development offers excellent transport links to Madrid via the A6 and M-50 motorways. Public transport is also very convenient, as the Las Matas train station, located just a few minutes away across the A6, provides commuter trains connecting the capital and the main towns in the Community of Madrid. Additionally, regional trains operate from this station, directly connecting the town with Ávila and Segovia. There are also buses that provide convenient access from within the residential area to the center of Las Rozas and Moncloa (Madrid).
