The thick, reinforced concrete walls act as thermal insulation, maintaining a constant temperature year-round and keeping the house free of dampness. To further enhance energy efficiency, the roof features solar domes for heating the swimming pool and providing hot water for the house.

A standout feature of this property is the waterproofed Arizona stone flooring, which is also used in the bathroom sinks and shower walls. All the steps are hand-carved, and the exterior joinery is Technal with 5mm glass, 6mm insulating chambers, and another 5mm of glass.
